The idea of the Fit Test is simply to see how your fitness has improved over a certain amount of time.
There are five exercises, and you will perform each one for 30 seconds with a 15-second break in between, remembering to count the repetitions of each exercise as you go.
Before you start you MUST get warmed up. So please use the warm-up provided below to get yourself ready before you do the fit test, and then again when you repeat the test.
